Equipment Breakdown

Basic Gym Access: Squat Rack, Plates + Barbell, Adjustable Bench, Pull-Up Bar, Dip Bar, Range of Dumbbells or Kettlebells, Cable Machine, Big Loop Bands, Mini Bands & maybe a little #gymprovising as needed.

*If you are weary of the cable machine - each cycle will have 1-3 cable movements MAX - so if you’re comfortable with working around it - then you can make it work without one.

Training Cycle Breakdown

2-4 days per week – Full Body Split or Upper / Lower Training Split
4-week cycles – Structured Progression
12-week focuses: Strength, Power, Structural Balance, Hypertrophy, & Athleticism.
60-minute sessions – Efficient & effective training

There is a chat feature inside the app where you can speak directly to Coach Allison and ask any questions you might need answered. The goal is never perfection, its about making it work for what you can do right now!

PROGRESSIVE TRAINING CYCLES

If you’re looking to be “entertained” with your fitness - this might not be the place for you. The only way to get better at something is to consistently do it. So while we have focused priorities in a 12 week cycle, we keep things fresh with movement variations and functional fitness.

DEMO VIDEOS & DAILY WAMRUPS

Warmups tailored for each session, built right into the training day. Demo videos, and clear movement prescriptions. Tempo, reps, sets, and rest times for each movement.

  • All programs are slightly different when it comes to equipment needs. Please check your programs page for what equipment is needed for each program. And as always, if you're creative, there's always a way to gymprovise when needed. 

  • Each program comes with a unqiue cost, please check the training page for details on each program.

  • If you wish to cancel one of your online programs, you can do so inside your app under “profile” - If you wish to discontinue 1:1 services please contact Allison directly via the app or email.

  • We use an app called Coach RX. This app allows you to log results, see demo videos, upload your own videos and view past workouts. As long as you are in the program, you will have access to see all past and current workouts.
